All calls are promptly and professionally answered in your company name allowing callers to assume they are talking to a member of your team.
All messages taken on your behalf are emailed to you immediately following a call, allowing you to respond appropriately and at a convenient time.
Depending on how you would like your calls to be managed, the team can answer general enquiries, take bookings and payments, make appointments, update your CRM and can even provide directions to your place of work giving you an efficient and reliable service.
The service is available for short-term cover, including holidays (minimum term 1 month), managing a temporary peak of calls following the launch of a marketing campaign or to help cover maternity leave, or long-term sickness.
Following my holiday, I decided to continue with the call handling service as it ensures my calls are always answered, which is invaluable to me whilst I’m busy delivering training.

Calls are answered during standard working hours: 08.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Outside of business hours, a personalised answerphone message is used, plus email notification when any new message has been received. Alternatively, calls can automatically be diverted to another number or line.
