Louise - Business Owner and Virtual Assistant

Louise has over 25 years’ experience gained within the private, public and charity sectors in a number of administrative and management roles including working as a Director level PA, Assistant Manager and Project Administrator.

Now the proud owner of Indigo Eleven, Louise utilises her strong organisational skills and expertise supporting clients with PA and administrative project based roles.
Patient, committed and proactive – Louise is a highly professional Virtual PA. Clients often comment on her calm under pressure nature and supportive approach. These key attributes make Louise the perfect complement to any team or business.

Sara - Design and Digital Marketing

Sara is a highly creative designer with over 18 years’ experience working within digital media and print.

Sara established her own business 14 years ago providing services in website design and development, graphic design, social media management, search engine optimisation (SEO) and email marketing.

Sara’s strengths are working closely with others, creative ideas, communication through design, problem solving, and helping small businesses remain healthy and prosperous.

Dawn - Virtual Assistant

Dawn has over 20 years’ experience as a PA including Director level working in various industries within the public, private and education sectors as well as general business support for SMEs.

Dawn set up her own business in 2020. Her strengths include diary management, organising cluttered inboxes, proof reading, PowerPoint presentations, database management and being able to hit the ground running with any task assigned.
