Louise has over 20 years’ experience gained within the private, public and charity sectors in a number of administrative and management roles including working as a Director level PA.

Now, the proud owner of Indigo Eleven, Louise utilises her strong organisational skills and expertise supporting clients with PA and project support roles.

Patient, committed and proactive – Louise is a highly professional Virtual PA. Clients often comment on her calm under pressure nature and supportive approach. These key attributes make Louise the perfect complement to any team or business.

Donna ParnellDonna – Virtual Assistant

Donna has gained a wealth of experience in her 16 years’ working in the administrative profession, from small family run firms through to large corporates. Donna set up in business at the start of 2019, she is a great communicator and passionate about all things admin!

Donna is a big believer in that everyone should have a healthy work-life balance; her aim is to make this happen for business owners who are overworked and overwhelmed.

Sara is a highly creative designer with 18 years’ experience working within print and digital media.

Sara established her own business 12 years ago providing services in graphic design, website design and development, social media management, search engine optimisation (SEO) and email marketing.

Sara’s strengths are working closely with others, generation of ideas, problem solving, and helping small businesses remain healthy and prosperous.

Lisa is a highly productive and efficient Audio Typist with over 30 years’ experience. Lisa has worked in many different industries including the Metropolitan Police with her latter years spent working within the property sector.

Lisa set up her business in 2014 and is enjoying life as a busy freelancer, with such a diverse client base no two days are ever the same!
